Rental Properties

From the very first rental in 2003 to now 21+ years later, H.I.T. Foundation owns and manages 54 residential rental units throughout Preble County that are made available to qualified families and individuals at rates below Fair Market Value (FMV). Our well-maintained rentals set the standard for a safe, quality, and affordable place to call HOME.
