HIT Foundation owns and manages rental properties throughout Preble County that we make available to families at affordable rates. Our houses are well maintained and set the standard for safe, quality, affordable properties a family can call home. Because the demand for affordable housing in our county is so high, clients that want to rent a HIT Foundation property are placed on a waiting list and move in as properties become available.
